SMOOTH LATIN
& BOSSA NOVA BAND
Versatile Music & Flexible Line-Ups Receptions • Dining • Events
Hire Tropicalia's Smooth Latin & Bossa Nova Band for weddings, corporate receptions, private events and dining occasions across the UK.
Based in London, our professional musicians offer a versatile repertoire that can adapt from relaxed receptions and dining to more lively occasions. Regular venue and hotel residencies are also available.
The Quartet
Offering the fullest live-band sound, this format is particularly suited to receptions, cocktail hours, dining and occasions where relaxed music complements the atmosphere.
The repertoire can range from dedicated Brazilian and Bossa Nova selections to smooth Latin music, including Samba, Rumba and Cha Cha, allowing the music to adapt naturally to the setting and occasion.
Solo Singer
For more intimate settings or where space is limited, the Bossa Nova & Latin Singer performs with professionally produced backing tracks, with the option to add a percussionist for a duo format.
Alongside Bossa Nova and smooth Latin music, this format can also move into a more upbeat and danceable repertoire, making it suitable for events that develop from relaxed background music into a livelier celebration.
What Our Clients Say
“The Solo Singer was absolutely amazing. From the first contact all the way to the party day she maintained a professional and friendly attitude. We agreed in advance the music choices and my God did she deliver! She was magnificent. Her versatility meant she could sing in Portuguese, English, Spanish and Italian, and she soon had everyone dancing, even the most reserved guests. There was a particular moment where she took the microphone into the garden and serenaded my husband. He was overjoyed. She’s a natural performer with a beautiful voice and a bright smile that can transform a party into a memorable experience. I would recommend her without giving it a second thought. In the end, people told me it was the best birthday party they had been to this year. I’m so glad I trusted my instincts to book her!” Birthday Party - S. Marques
I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and musicianship of the band. Many of our guests commented on how great you sounded and asked for your details. Your flexibility in accommodating our playlist was brilliant. I would have no hesitation in recommending you. Wedding Reception John V.
